Associate Attorney

Tinti & Navins, P.C. seeks an estate planning attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join its thriving trusts and estates practice group in its Wellesley office. Tinti & Navins has offices in Salem and Wellesley. This is an ideal opportunity to join and play a key, hands‑on, role in working directly with clients, growing your practice, and handling sophisticated matters in a dynamic practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience in probate, trust and estate administration, estate tax return preparation, and drafting estate planning documents. Responsibilities Meet and work directly with clients Draft a variety of estate planning documents Research legal and tax related issues associated with estate planning strategies Prepare and file estate tax returns Collaborate with client advisors such as financial planners, accountants, and other attorneys Assist in the management and administration of trusts Requirements Licensed to practice in Massachusetts In-depth understanding and appreciation of estate planning and the trust and estate administration process Highly organized, adaptable, focused, and able to handle multiple tasks and cases simultaneously Able to work independently with minimal supervision A strong work ethic and very good practice management and interpersonal skills Competitive pay Health and dental benefits 401K matching Work Type This role will be an in-office position with the option to work remote on occasion as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
