Job Details Job Location: Grove City, OH 43123 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $19.08 - $24.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: Up to 10% Overview The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Residential Shift Lead to join our Residential Treatment Program. The Residential Shift Lead supervises the Residential campus milieu, generally on the second shift, ensuring a positive treatment environment and desired treatment outcomes. Coaches team members on proper youth care skills and procedures, maintains compliance and safety standards, and responds to crisis situations. Schedule Full-time, non-exempt. 100% In Person Work Setting 1st Shift: Tuesday-Thursday off 3rd Shift: Rotating Schedule Shift Differentials 2nd Shift (3p - 11p): $1.50/hr 3rd Shift (11p - 7a): $1.00/hr Weekends (Fri, 3pm - Mon, 6:59am): $0.50/hr Shift Lead: $1.50 per hour What You’ll Do Regularly provide training of youth leaders, role models and coaches team members on proper youth care skills and procedures. Coaches and counsels staff on meeting applicable standards. Conduct department team meetings and trainings. Establishes Shift Supervisor schedules, ensuring sufficient coverage and minimal overtime. You have three years of mental health experience. You have previous leadership experience. You have an active driver's license and proof of car insurance.
