Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Operating Room for a travel assignment in Wheeling, WV. This role involves providing expert preoperative care in an acute surgical center environment. Nurses with strong IV skills and surgical care knowledge including robotics are highly desired for this assignment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - OR- Operating Room

• Provide expert preoperative care and prepare patients for surgery
• Manage IVs and ensure all surgical preop procedures are followed
• Support the surgical team with essential tasks and patient preparation
• Maintain accurate documentation using the Sunrise EMR system, transitioning to EPIC
• Participate in rotating weekend and call duties, ensuring coverage as required

Requirements of the RN - OR- Operating Room

• Valid RN license and willingness to submit it
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Strong IV skills and understanding of surgical care and robotics
• Experience with preoperative procedures and patient care
• Ability to adapt to different shift patterns as per department needs
