Position: Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate
Location: Kent, WA
Pay: $22/hr
Schedule: Full-Time, 8AM-5PM

We are looking for a dependable, career-minded Warehouse Associate to join a growing team in Kent. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid forklift experience who is looking for long-term growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Operate Reach Truck and Order Picker forklifts to pull orders
  
  
• Safely move and organize materials throughout the warehouse
  
  
• Work as part of a team to meet strict distribution deadlines
  
  
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
  
  
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• 2+ years of forklift experience
  
  
• Experience specifically operating Reach Truck and Order Picker
  
  
• Current forklift certification
  
  
• High School Diploma or equivalent
  
  
• Previous warehouse experience
  
  
• Basic math skills
  
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  
  
• Career-oriented mindset and desire to grow

THE MUSTS:

• 2+ years of Reach Truck and Order Picker experience
  
  
• Forklift certification
  
  
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  
  
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse

PREFERRED:

• Experience in distribution, packaging, or manufacturing environments
  
  
• Previous experience working toward production or shipping deadlines
  
  
• Candidates looking for a long-term career opportunity
