RandallPAY: $28.00 / HourAVERAGE HOURS PER WEEK: 25The Staff Assistant to Chair At-Large, Phyllis J. Randall will assist the Office of the Chair At-Large in logistical, as well as legislative matters. The individual hired for this position will have strong organizational, writing, and problem-solving skills. The Staff Assistant will report to the Chief of Staff and assist the entire staff on projects that span a wide range of policy areas. Professional demeanor and discretion are paramount for this position.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Staff Assistant will:Assist Executive Assistant in the following areas:Provide rapid response to correspondence for inquiriesMake direct phone contact with stakeholdersProvide think-ahead/planning documentsDraft written correspondenceAssist Chair At-Large, Phyllis J.
