What You'll Need:

• Active North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience working in a school-based or similar pediatric setting is highly desired
• Proficient in VOCO teletherapy platforms and comfortable providing remote and in-person services
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to flexibly manage a caseload across multiple school sites and age groups

Your Role Will Include:

• Delivering direct and teletherapy services to K-12 students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
• Conducting assessments, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Serving as an expert resource for teachers, families, and school staff regarding speech and language development
• Monitoring and documenting student progress, adapting interventions as needed for success
• Supporting students and staff at multiple locations, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care
