Clementine Home Care is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)/Caregiver to join our team in Phoenixville, PA.

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00pm - 9:00am

• Assist the client with bedtime preparation and routines.

• Ensure all hygiene-related tasks are completed before bedtime.

• Support with meal preparation for the client.

• Ensure the patient remains engaged and safe at all times

• Build a genuine connection with the patient and provide companionship

We Offer:

·          Competitive wages  - $19 - 20 / hour (pay will be scaled based on verifiable experience level). 

·          Mileage compensation (currently 67 cents per mile) between cases

·          Full/part time available

·          Paid Time Off

·          Profit sharing plan - Company contributions will be made at the Company’s discretion to all employees who meet the plan’s eligibility requirements.

Requirements: 

·         Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent and maintenance of certification

·         CPR certification

·         High school diploma or equivalent is required

·         Previous home care experience with acceptable references preferred

·         Excellent customer service skills 

·         Prolonged periods of standing and walking

·         Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
