Night Shift Superintendent

Commercial Construction SuperintendentOur client is an established commercial general contractor with decades of success delivering entertainment, hospitality, restaurant, and retail projects. The firm has built a strong reputation through repeat business, a collaborative culture, and consistent project execution across Central Florida.Lead field operations on façade renovations and facility upgrade projects ranging from $500K-$1M. Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, safety, and daily construction activities. Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to manage project documentation and workflow. Maintain project schedules and communicate progress to project stakeholders. Support multiple project phases while adapting between night and future day-shift operations.Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects. Experience supporting projects exceeding $10M preferred. Hospitality, entertainment, or theme park project experience is highly desirable. Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented, flexible approach.Salary: $100,000-$125,000 base plus benefits. 15% year-end bonus opportunity plus gas card and $500/month vehicle allowance.
