Responsibilities: Greet and check in members with enthusiasm, creating a welcoming and high-energy atmosphere Drive membership sales by educating prospective clients on Burn Boot Camp programs and offerings Conduct tours of the facility and guide potential members through the sign-up process Handle member inquiries, concerns, and account management with professionalism Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and membership retention targets Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area Support daily gym operations and assist coaching staff as needed Requirements: Previous sales, customer service, or fitness industry experience preferred Outgoing, positive personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet sales targets Comfortable using point-of-sale and membership management software Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment About Us: Burn Boot Camp is a nationally recognized boutique fitness franchise dedicated to empowering individuals — especially women — through high-intensity functional training and an unmatched sense of community.
