ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2001 and currently lead a team of six. My State Farm career began while I was in college, working in agency management before moving into auto claims and eventually returning to agency leadership. I'm proud to have built my career with State Farm and to serve the Southeast Louisiana community where I was born and raised. In addition to serving customers throughout Louisiana, I'm also licensed in Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi, allowing our agency to help individuals and families across all four states.

Giving back is an important part of our agency. We proudly support our local school district, the Second Harvest Food Bank, and a variety of local youth sports and dance programs. We believe in making a positive impact both inside and outside the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Amy Falcon - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
