- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries related to insurance options, coverage details, policy updates, claims, billing, and more.
- Leverage your consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and present tailored insurance solutions.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through proactive engagement and personalized support.
- Stay committed to meeting and exceeding daily goals, striving for excellence in every interaction.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to share best practices, celebrate wins, and grow professionally.
- Strong communication skills: You know how to listen, connect with people, and convey information clearly and persuasively.

- Bilingual Spanish Preferred
- Property and Casualty license (must be willing to obtain-we will help with this)
