Sondra Gayle State Farm is seeking a friendly, organized bilingual receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers—answering phones, welcoming visitors, and supporting day-to-day office operations in English and Spanish . En Sondra Gayle State Farm buscamos un(a) recepcionista bilingüe amable y organizado(a). Serás el primer contacto para nuestros clientes—contestando llamadas, recibiendo visitas y ayudando con las tareas diarias de oficina en inglés y español . Responsibilities / Responsabilidades
- Answer incoming calls and greet customers/visitors professionally
- Contestar llamadas y dar la bienvenida a clientes/visitantes de manera profesional
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination
- Programar citas y apoyar con la coordinación del calendario
- Maintain the front desk area and keep information organized
- Mantener el área de recepción organizada
- Provide basic customer support and route requests to the correct team member
- Brindar apoyo básico al cliente y canalizar solicitudes al equipo correspondiente
- Handle routine administrative tasks (data entry, filing, scanning, emails)
- Realizar tareas administrativas rutinarias (captura de datos, archivo, escaneo, correos)
- Fluent bilingual: English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Fluidez bilingüe: inglés y español (hablado y escrito)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Experiencia en servicio al cliente (preferible)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización
- Comfortable using computers and office tools (email, scheduling, basic systems)
- Conocimientos básicos de computación y herramientas de oficina (correo, sistemas de programación)
- Professional, reliable, and friendly attitude
- Actitud profesional, responsable y amable
- Experience in an insurance, office, or customer-facing environment
- Experiencia en seguros, oficina o atención al cliente
- Ability to handle a busy front desk in a calm, organized way
- Capacidad de manejar una recepción activa con calma y orden
- Experience with social media marketing/coordination is a plus (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- El manejo/experiencia con redes sociales es una ventaja (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
