We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.We are located in Harvey, LA and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including: Home insurance Life insurance State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees. This position requires outbound calling including cold calls to potential customers.
