I opened my agency in 2021 after spending more than 20 years with State Farm. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a Claims Adjuster and Field Specialist, experiences that gave me a deep understanding of how to help customers through every stage of life. I'm a proud Baton Rouge native, a dedicated LSU fan, and enjoy international travel and spending time with my family. Giving back to our community is important to our agency. We proudly support local schools through back-to-school drives and pizza parties, and we're always looking for ways to make a positive impact where we live and work. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
