What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with agent and team members to create, manage, and optimize website and social media content that resonates and converts.
• Develop and produce engaging written and video content that showcases our insurance products and community initiatives.
• Identify, participate in, and support local community events that reinforce our agency's commitment and visibility.
• Strategically set, track, and achieve marketing goals that expand our reach and deepen client loyalty.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, and tailor solutions that meet customer needs with a consultative approach.
• Present confidently to potential customers, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
