What You'll Do

• Generate new business: Proactively identify prospects, develop relationships, pursue referrals, and convert opportunities into customers.

• Lead multiline sales conversations: Explore customer needs across auto, home, life, health, and business insurance, recommending appropriate options as licensed and authorized.

• Uncover opportunities: Ask meaningful questions to identify protection gaps and help customers make confident, informed decisions.

• Build lasting relationships: Maintain consistent follow-up, conduct coverage reviews, and create opportunities to deepen customer relationships.

• Own your performance: Manage your sales pipeline, track opportunities, and work consistently toward individual and team production goals.

• Represent Team BB in the community: Participate in outreach, networking, and relationship-building activities that support agency growth.

• Commit to continuous development: Participate in coaching, training, and professional education to strengthen product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
