As a Telemarketing Representative with Team BB, you'll play an important role in introducing prospective customers to our agency, generating interest in our services, and connecting individuals with licensed team members who can assist with their insurance needs. This position offers hands‑on experience in prospecting, communication, customer engagement, and sales development while providing exposure to the insurance industry. For someone with initiative, consistency, and a desire to learn, this role can also provide a foundation for future professional growth. What You'll Do Start meaningful conversations: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Team BB and generate interest in our agency. Identify opportunities: Gather basic prospect information, determine interest, and connect qualified leads with licensed team members. Schedule appointments: Coordinate follow-up conversations and appointments that support our agency's sales pipeline. Follow up consistently: Reconnect with prospects from previous outreach, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Represent our agency professionally: Create positive first impressions through friendly, confident, and respectful communication. Track your progress: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, appointments, and follow-up activities. Contribute to team goals: Work toward established activity, lead‑generation, and appointment‑setting objectives. Develop your skills: Participate in coaching and training to strengthen communication, prospecting techniques, and industry knowledge.
