Tax Accountant | $75 ,000-$100,000|  On-Site | Direct Hire

If you have strong public accounting experience and are confident reviewing tax returns for accuracy, compliance, and quality, this opportunity offers the chance to take on meaningful client work without getting lost in a large firm environment. You’ll work closely with experienced leadership, build client relationships, and continue expanding your tax expertise in a supportive, team-oriented setting .

Responsibilities :

• Take ownership of tax engagements from initial client information through final review and completion
• Review tax returns for accuracy, identify potential issues, and make necessary corrections before finalization
• Work directly with individuals and business clients to answer questions and gather the information needed to move engagements forward
• Apply your accounting knowledge to tax planning, financial reporting, and other client needs throughout the year
• Partner closely with firm leadership while continuing to strengthen your technical knowledge and client advisory skills

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of public accounting experience
• Strong hands-on tax return review experience required
• Experience with individual and business tax returns; trust exposure is valuable
• Strong communication skills
