Home Manager for Tipton County
Lead daily operations and ensure a safe, person‑centered home environment
Thrive Homes is hiring a detail‑driven, mission‑aligned Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential home supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This role is ideal for someone who leads with integrity, communicates clearly, and thrives in a structured, compliance‑focused care setting.
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge of Tennessee DDA rules and regulations
1 year supervisory experience in IDD services or 3 years as a DSP
High School Diploma or GED
Current First Aid , CPR , Medication Administration Certificates
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, clear background checks
Adequate vehicle insurance and all HR‑required documents
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily home operations and uphold agency Mission, Vision, and Values
Ensure full compliance with DDA and licensure standards
Supervise, coach, and train DSP staff
Coordinate with families, care teams, and medical providers
Support person‑centered outcomes and community integration
Manage medical appointments, physician orders, and MAR compliance
Maintain home safety, cleanliness, emergency preparedness, and vehicle safety
Handle scheduling, attendance, and provide direct‑support coverage when needed
Complete required documentation and financial procedures
Participate in leadership meetings and on‑call rotation
