Polar Field Services, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Field Coordinator to join our team in Greenland.

About Us: Polar Field Services, Inc. is a leading provider of field services for remote expeditions. We specialize in planning, logistics, and support for scientific research and exploration in challenging environments.

Job Description: As a Field Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the infrastructure and equipment at Summit Station, a remote Arctic research facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Repair and maintenance of field equipment, including trail markers and Skiway markers
• Inventory management and supply ordering
• Food inventory management
• General maintenance and support tasks

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working in a remote environment
• Mechanical aptitude and excellent repair skills
• Valid passport
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule: This is a seasonal position requiring deployment to Summit Station, Greenland. Deployments are typically from April to June and June to August. The position requires working a minimum of 54 hours per week.
