LHH is partnering with a well-established client in Falls Church, VA to identify a Customer Support Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service while supporting a collaborative Customer Success team.

Schedule & Requirements

• 100% onsite in Falls Church, VA

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and requests
• Track and communicate customer concerns while ensuring timely follow-up
• Support Customer Success Managers in maintaining strong client relationships
• Identify opportunities to improve service and enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and CRM systems
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to think critically and adapt to changing priorities
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented approach
• Prior experience in commercial real estate or property management is a plus, but not required
