Be part of a collaborative team supporting medical device manufacturing and impacting product quality. What’s a typical day as QC Final Inspector I? You’ll be: Performing in‑process and final inspections of packed columns to ensure they meet customer and internal specifications using visual inspections, measurements, and functional testing. Reviewing and approving Device History Record (DHR) documentation for product release and shipment. Working from engineering prototypes, drawings, work instructions, and test procedures to ensure compliance. Collaborating with production operators to segregate finished goods until final release. Preparing nonconformance reports and providing feedback and suggestions to improve product and process quality. Evaluating and setting up test equipment, and supporting the company’s Quality System and ISO certification standards. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have at least 1 year of experience as a visual inspector in a manufacturing environment (required). Possess familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or FDA‑regulated environments. Have advanced inspection techniques training at the junior college level (but not required). Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
