Business Operations and Program Management Support Analyst – L3 - PGA-OM-BOPM3-0001 PD02: Business Operations and Program Management Support Analyst – Mid Description This analyst activelyparticipatesin the program management lifecycle, taking responsibility for monitoring key aspects of program execution against established plans. The role involves managing program schedules, preparing documentation for formal reviews, and ensuring that program activities, costs, and risks are tracked and reported accurately to support the government Program Manager. Duties May Include Activelymonitoringprogram cost, schedule, performance, and risk throughout the program lifecycle,identifyingand flagging potential issues. Developing, managing, andmaintainingthe program's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS),reporting onprogress against baselines. Preparing andsupporting the developmentof acquisitiondocumentation, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWS), market research, and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs). Participating in and documenting key program meetings, such as sprint planning, technical exchange meetings, and Program Management Reviews (PMRs). Providing independent review and analysis of contractor deliverables to ensure they meet the requirements outlined in the SOW. Required Skills Demonstrated experience in Program Management, specificallymonitoringand reporting on cost, schedule, performance, and risk. Demonstrated experience in supporting theacquisitionlifecycle, including the development of key acquisition documents. Desired Skills Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence). Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and ceremonies.
