Production Assembler

Join Life Fitness/Hammer Strength in Owatonna, MN as a Production Assembler on our 3rd Shift. Why You'll Love This Role Earn an additional $2.00 per hour for 3rd shift hours worked Four-day workweek: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 PM-6:00 AM Overtime opportunities available Free access to our on-site fitness center Eligibility for our Production Bonus Plan Total Rewards & Pay- Full-time team members are eligible for: Base pay: $19.00-$22.13 per hour , based on qualifications and experience 3rd shift differential: $2.00 per hour for hours worked on 3rd shift Production Bonus Plan eligibility based on performance metrics 401(k) savings plan with 4% employer match Medical, dental, vision, HSA, and reimbursement accounts Paid time off, including paid holidays Life, AD&D, and disability coverage Employee discounts, EAP with free counseling sessions, identity protection, and legal services On-site fitness center access included What You'll Do Prepare materials for assembly Assemble components using hand tools, air tools, and measuring equipment to meet specifications Test and inspect in-process and final assemblies for quality Cross-train to work at multiple stations as needed Analyze rejected product and partner with the Lead Assembler on solutions Use calibration and testing equipment to verify products meet specifications Follow material replenishment processes Maintain a safe, clean work area and dispose of waste properly Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on work Commitment to working safely Ability to operate hand tools, gauges, torque wrenches, and production equipment Ability to perform basic math Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures, work instructions, and production documentation in English Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous manufacturing experience Ability to read blueprints Experience with hand tools Physical Requirements & Work Environment Occasionally lift up to 35 lbs Stand for extended periods Walk, bend, and turn consistently throughout the shift Repetitive motion Noisy environment At Life Fitness / Hammer Strength, we believe in taking care of our team with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes competitive pay and a range of valuable benefits. Your base wage will be between $19.00 - $22.13 per hour and includes eligibility for overtime. The actual wage offer will be based on qualifications, experience, location, and other relevant factors. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the Production Bonus Plan, which provides opportunities to earn additional compensation based on performance metrics. Bonus eligibility is subject to meeting certain production goals and other criteria as outlined.This position is eligible for a $2.00 per hour shift differential for hours worked on 3rd shift, in addition to the base hourly wage.
