Seeking Full‑Time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Sanford outpatient rehab clinic. You'll have the opportunity to provide one‑on‑one care to a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, neurologic, balance and more. The ideal candidate will be passionate for delivering evidence based and patient‑centered care. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and neuologic conditions, balance issues, weakness and pain dysfunction Provide hands‑on therapy using a range of techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise on land and in the aquatic environment Document patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices Collaborate with the primary therapist as well as physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes Work closely with a large team of experienced Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists and Speech, Language Pathologists Educate patients and families about their conditions Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff Participate in continuous professional development Qualifications Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current NC PTA license CPR/BLS Certification Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate and motivate patients Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development Experience preferred but new graduate candidates considered #J-18808-Ljbffr
