Job Purpose:As an Auto Sales Person at Deacon Jones Auto Group, your primary purpose is to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction by assisting clients in selecting and purchasing new vehicles. You will play a crucial role in representing the dealership's brand and ensuring a positive buying experience for customers.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the dealership’s inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing.Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers, highlighting the advantages and benefits of each model.Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the sales process.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the dealership.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new models to provide knowledgeable guidance to customers.Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.Prepare and process paperwork related to vehicle sales, including contracts and financing documents.Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.Required Education:High school diploma or equivalent is required.An associate degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.Required Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related sales field.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.Experience working in a new car dealership is highly desirable.Required Skills and Abilities:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales effectively.Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related technology.Ability to understand and explain vehicle features and financing options clearly to customers.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple clients and sales processes simultaneously.Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
