Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from initial concept to successful global commercialization. Collaborate with sales and marketing to establish pricing, compelling value propositions, and go-to-market strategies that accelerate revenue growth. Evaluate portfolio performance using financial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide future investment decisions. Mentor and guide junior team members while fostering collaboration across global, matrixed organizations.
