Advanced Womens Care is expanding into Surprise, Arizona , and were seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our team as we launch a brand-new clinic opening September/October 2026 . This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new practice from the ground up , helping shape workflows, build patient relationships, and establish a strong presence in a rapidly growing community. About Advanced Womens Care AWC is a physician-owned, multispecialty womens health group serving communities across the Phoenix Valley. Our collaborative model includes OB/GYN physicians, midwives, MFM specialists, and OB hospitalistsworking together to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. About the Role This position offers the opportunity to practice full-scope midwifery , supporting patients across the continuum of care. Youll work closely with physicians and clinical staff in a team-based, supportive environment while helping grow a new clinic location.
