Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303 Full-Time Nights, 36 hours per week. Pay range is between $80- $90/hr. Rates are market dependent and will be determined at the time of written offer. BCH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Labor Delivery team in the Family Birth Center. In this role, you will provide direct, compassionate care to laboring mothers and high-risk obstetrical patients throughout the childbirth experience. Responsibilities include fetal monitoring, labor support, circulating cesarean sections, patient assessment, care planning, patient education, and responding to changing maternal and fetal conditions in a fast-paced acute care environment. Working collaboratively with OB/GYN physicians, certified nurse midwives, anesthesiologists, neonatal providers, and interdisciplinary care teams, you will support patients through labor, delivery, recovery, and high-risk obstetrical situations while promoting safe, evidence-based care and exceptional patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is a patient-centered RN who thrives in a dynamic Labor Delivery environment, demonstrates strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills, and is passionate about womens health, labor support, fetal surveillance, obstetrical nursing, and family-centered care. Qualifications Colorado RN license in good standing. BLS certification required through American Heart Association ACLS certification required through American Heart Association NRP for Family Birth Center required. L#D experience required.
