KFC Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the Role As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are second in command of a $1 million+ business. Working with the Restaurant General Manager, you help grow the business by delivering excellent customer service and earning rewards. Key Qualifications A natural leader who brings together a winning team. A passion for making customers’ day and serving great-tasting chicken with a genuine smile. Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun. High standards for yourself and the team. Comfortable in a fast‑paced, dynamic restaurant environment. At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a genuine desire to learn and grow. Employment Information This position is in a restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
