Mechanical Assembler

Assemble mechanical components and subsystems using standard work instructions and blueprints.Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.Inspect parts and assemblies for quality; report defects and assist with corrective actions.Maintain an organized and safe work environment.Assist and support less experienced assemblers when needed.Participate in continuous improvement and safety programs.Follow verbal and written instructions to meet daily production goals.Accurately complete documentation for production and inspection records.Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.High school diploma or GED preferred3+ years of relevant experience in mechanical assembly (power generation, oil & gas, or industrial equipment ideal)Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, part lists, and work instructionsFamiliarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systemsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAble to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stand, and move throughout the shiftBasic computer and documentation skillsWillingness to follow safety procedures at all timesCollaborative attitude and openness to learning #J-18808-Ljbffr
