About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director, NovaOS Product Lead to define and execute the product strategy for its enterprise AI operating system. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the product organization, translating business priorities into AI capabilities, driving platform adoption, and delivering a portfolio of products that support commercial intelligence and enterprise transformation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in product management, digital platforms, AI products, or enterprise software, and a proven track record of leading product portfolios to achieve business outcomes. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director, NovaOS Product Lead include defining and executing the product vision and roadmap, leading a portfolio of AI platform products, and partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities. The role also involves driving the end-to-end product lifecycle, establishing best practices, and fostering a customer-centric, data-driven culture. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant discipline, at least 10 years of experience in the field, and a strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data platforms, and cloud technologies. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are essential, and experience in regulated industries is preferred.
