Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Home health experience preferred. Productivity expectation: 30 visits per week. Preferred Qualifications Experience with documentation in electronic medical records for home health. Previous travel or per diem home health experience preferred. Assignment Details Shift schedule: 5 days per week.
