Business Operations / Management Expert
Hourly Contract Remote
Compensation: $80$110 per hour
OverviewWe are seeking experienced Business Operations and Management professionals to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and support organizational growth. This role combines process optimization, stakeholder management, and structured reporting to ensure smooth operations across diverse projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesOptimize workflows and implement efficiency initiatives across departments.
Manage stakeholder relationships to align priorities and deliverables.
Develop operational strategies that support organizational goals.
Provide structured reporting on performance, risks, and opportunities.
Identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
Collaborate remotely with cross‑functional teams including finance, HR, and engineering.
Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
3+ years of professional experience in business operations, management consulting, or organizational strategy.
Strong knowledge of operational frameworks and compliance standards.
Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira) and reporting software.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: As required
Commitment: Part‑time, 20+ hours per week
