A well-established outpatient Family Medicine clinic in California is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for an ongoing locum tenens assignment. This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule, a collaborative clinical environment, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused practice.

• Patient Volume: 18 patients per day
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
• Providers Needed: 1

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric and adult patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic
• Complete chart closure within 72 hours
• Collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure excellent patient care

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar outpatient setting
• Active California license at the time of submission
• Active DEA prior to start date
• BLS Certification
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan

• Furnishing License with Schedule II authority

• California Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate

• Chronic Pain Management experience
• ORP (Ordering, Referring, and Prescribing) Medi-Cal enrollment

Providers not currently ORP enrolled must be willing to enroll during credentialing.
