• Licenses/Certifications: CA Controlled Substance Certificate, DEA, Furnishing License (NP), CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate (PA)
• Experience: 3+ years in family practice or similar setting

What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive family health care to pediatric and adult patients in a busy clinic setting
• Chart and document patient encounters within 72 hours
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care
• Prescribe, refer, and order diagnostic tests as needed (ORP enrolled preferred)
• Manage ongoing patient care plans and follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with immunization requirements and credentialing standards

What You Need
Required:

• Active CA Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• DEA license (or willing to obtain before start date)
• Furnishing License with Schedule II (NP) / CA Controlled Substance Certificate (PA)
• 3+ years of experience in family practice or similar setting
• Valid immunizations (flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap) before start
  Preferred:
• Experience with pediatric and adult populations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
