Assistant Manager: Grow into General Manager Leadership

Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Washington state to partner with the General Manager and lead daily restaurant operations, coaching Shift Leaders and team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will focus on hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing development, while ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
