Signature Staffing is hiring a Full-Time HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resources functions for a growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on HR experience in a supportive office environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with general HR duties and administrative support
- Enter and maintain employee information in ADP payroll system
- Support employees with 401k enrollment and benefits administration
- Help implement and maintain the employee handbook
- Provide support to a team of approximately 40+ employees
- Will also be responsible for accounts payables/receivables.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous administrative or HR experience preferred
- Familiarity with ADP or payroll systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
