We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Etters, PA. In this important role you will support Human Resources initiatives and play a key role in fostering a positive and productive workplace culture through strategic HR support, employee engagement, and talent development. Responsibilities: Professionally represent the company with a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial mindset. Provide day-to-day HR guidance, coaching and support, as well as transactional administration, in areas such as employee relations, training and development, engagement, compliance matters, reporting, immigration, and documentation. Drive and develop efforts in the areas of positive and proactive employee relations including employee events. Advance site culture to embrace company commitment to initiatives including diversity, wellness, security, safety, employee engagement, etc. Partner with management teams on workforce planning, headcount strategies, organizational design and talent development. Assist with talent acquisition efforts and support onboarding processes. Lead initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention. Ensure legal compliance and implementation of HR programs aligned with local, state, and federal employment laws. Honor confidentiality in interactions with employees and managers Maintain and communicate HR policies and procedures; provide guidance to team members to ensure understanding and adherence. Support salary planning processes. Drive compliance with regulatory requirements, including audit preparation. Analyze employee metrics and trends to recommend HR strategies for compensation and benefits optimization. Maintain HR systems and support related data entry, reporting, and process improvements. Serve as a trusted partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals. Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned, in alignment with the evolving needs of the business. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, or HRCI certification preferred In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Strong problem solving, customer service, communication and organization skills Proficiency using HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new computer applications Demonstrated ability to professionally communicate with all levels of the organization Amphenol Corporation is proud of our reputation as an excellent employer.
