Vestas nacelle Tianjin Quality department owns quality activity to the factory

Responsibilities

• Participates in developing and maintaining ISO9001 documented quality management system to meet Vestas business requirements
• Responsible for raw material quality control in production line
• QBD/QDA issue and NCM management according to Vestas business procedure
• Ensure FG meet Vestas global quality standard and customer requirement
• Carry out continuous improvements on product and process
• Provide training on PII, IRF and other support from department

Qualifications

• College or bachelor's degree
• Major related to mechanic, electricity or engineer background
• Both oral and written English are good, CET-6 is preferred
• Experience of quality system operation with ISO and VDA, certification
• Over 5 years' experience on WTG manufacturing

Competencies

• Root cause analysis/problem solving skill
• Good communication skill and good cooperation skill
• Experiences on manufacturing/assembly
