Join a dynamic healthcare team in the Pacific Northwest region as an Administrator overseeing outpatient nursing services. This leadership role involves planning, organizing, and directing clinical and management activities across various outpatient departments, including procedure services and infusion therapy. You will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care while managing daily operations and nursing practices.
Job Summary
As the outpatient nursing services manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of clinical programs and resources, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in developing new clinical systems and programs to enhance patient care and service quality. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster collaboration across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate clinical operations and resources in assigned outpatient areas.
- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of care.
- Develop and implement new clinical programs to improve patient outcomes.
- Oversee resolution of daily clinical and administrative issues.
- Participate in budget planning, revenue and expense review, and monthly reporting.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives such as service expansion, procedure standardization, and resource optimization.
- Serve as an after-hours administrator on call as needed.
Education and Experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years clinical experience in a similar specialty.
- At least one year in a nursing leadership or equivalent role.
Licenses and Certifications
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the appropriate state board.
- Specialty certification preferred.
- Current BLS and ACLS healthcare provider certifications.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities tailored to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with technology and software, including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation.

- Capacity to work independently with sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
