The Job: As a Front Desk Representative for MGM Resorts, you will be the first impression of our resort—warmly welcoming each guest, anticipating their needs, and creating personalized moments that turn their stay into lasting memories. The Starting rate: $19.35 per hour The Day-to-Day: Welcome guests to the property and the MGM Resorts family by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs and responding to and resolving any guest complaints in alignment with S.H.O.W.
