Hospice Registered Nurse

Addus HomeCare is seeking a registered nurse to join our hospice team in Ohio. You will triage after-hours calls, assess patient and family needs, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, high-quality service.
You will obtain data on physical, psychological, social, and spiritual factors, communicate with physicians, and maintain accurate care plans and progress notes. Strong nursing judgment and CPR certification are essential.
