About the Role:
Join Temple Beit HaYam's Early Childhood Learning Center (ECLC) as a morning VPK (Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten) Lead Teacher, for children ages 4 to 5, and an afternoon Administrative Assistant. We serve children of all backgrounds in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for VPK classes.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
Monitor and assess children's development and progress regularly.
Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through stimulating and motivating activities.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials.
Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
Afternoon Administrative Assistant to the Director.
Requirements:
Florida VPK (Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten) Credential
Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with staff and parents.
Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
Be comfortable using computers and common software applications.
Experience in marketing, maintaining websites, social media.
