Do you love working with young children and helping them learn through play, creativity, and exploration? We are looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Lead or Assistant Preschool Teacher to support our classrooms and help create a nurturing environment where children thrive.
Position Details
Position: Assistant or Lead Preschool Teacher
Pay: $16.00–$19.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Schedule: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Implementing daily lesson plans and activities
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate learning experiences
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Communicate positively with children, families, and team members
- Follow all licensing and center policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 45 DCF Florida Certification required
- Experience working with young children required
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus. Will be required down the line.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Reliable, positive, and passionate about early childhood education
