• Provide one-on-one support to clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care

• Assist clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry

• Encourage and support clients in their daily routines, promoting independence and dignity

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and care team members

• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

• Collaborate with other care professionals, such as nurses and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
