Job Overview The Lindner College of Business (LCB) mission is to empower business problem‑solvers to tackle the world’s toughest challenges. The college has an established national reputation for excellence in several academic areas across its undergraduate, graduate, and online programs. This position falls under the Lindner College of Business, Office of Partnership Development. This office is responsible for all external relations activities, playing a role in Co‑op/hiring, Centers and Institutes, Lindner Professional Programs (executive education), and more. This position will have the option of a hybrid work schedule (3 days in the office/2 days work from home) for those with a residence within OH/IN/KY following 90 days of training. Residence must be in the tri‑state area within reasonable distance to UC Main Campus to have ability to report to campus as required. Remote work arrangements are subject to change in accordance with university policies. Essential Functions Design, create and execute events or programs. Develop program objectives and monitor quantitative and qualitative data on progress toward objectives. Review objectives to identify problems and solutions, prioritize solutions and develop action steps for program improvement. Provide financial administrative support for program initiatives. Develop, administer and analyze assessment/evaluation questionnaires. Compile statistics and prepare reports. Develop and implement marketing strategies to recruit students, program participants, and employer participants. Interact with staff, faculty, external organizations and other university departments. May conduct research and analyze benchmark information to develop proposals, new program ideas and propose program changes. May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non‑exempt staff (i.e., hiring/firing, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, approve time off, etc.). Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time. Manage internal systems including Handshake and Salesforce CRM. Maintain the organization of internal team operations and processes using Teams and related tools. Required Education Bachelor’s Degree. Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can fulfill minimum education and experience requirements. Required Experience One (1) year of program coordination experience. Physical Requirements/Work Environment Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands. Highlights include: Salary/Hourly Pay Rate Information: $43,500 - $50,000 Comprehensive Tuition Remission: UC provides tuition remission for you and your eligible dependents, covering tuition costs for nearly all undergraduate and graduate programs offered by the university. Robust Retirement Plans: As a UC employee, you will not contribute to Social Security (except Medicare). Instead, you will choose between state pension plans (OPERS, STRS) or an Alternative Retirement Plan (ARP), with UC contributing 14%–18% of your salary based on position.
