Program Analyst IVThe Program Analyst IV is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and management of various programs and projects. Will collect data and prepare organization-wide project status analysis and reporting. As well as coordinate efforts to optimize cross-project resources. Uses quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.Identifies opportunities to streamline program processes, increase efficiency, and implement best practices.Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with program goalsMonitors and manages risks throughout the program lifecycle.Facilitates communication between departments to ensure seamless program execution.Assists in budget planning and resource allocation, ensuring program resources are used effectively.Monitors and reports on budget adherence and identify areas of cost savings or overspending.Maintains accurate records, documents, and reports related to program activities.Assists with the creation of project plans, timelines, and documentation.Provides support to program managers in managing schedules, resources, and deliverables.May act as a Team Lead which encompasses training and mentoring junior personnel.Education And ExperienceBachelor's degree and a minimum of seven plus (7+) years' relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.Physical DemandsWork is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls. Required to speak and hear. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
