Automotive Sales Representative

Connecting with customers through various communication channels, the full-time Automotive Sales Representative will address inquiries, resolve issues, and meet sales goals while working remotely. Key responsibilities Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve questions and concerns Meet or exceed sales goals and identify upselling opportunities to enhance customer value Track call-related information for auditing purposes and provide feedback on call issues Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 6 months of sales experience in a customer-focused environment Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and performance goals Must be 18 years of age or older Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
