License: Relevant nursing license

Certifications: CPR and any specialty certifications as required

Experience: Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred

Provide direct patient care and support to residents in a skilled nursing facility.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor and document patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.

Assist with daily living activities and support residents in their personal hygiene needs.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care.
